What we keep, and for how long.

If you sign up we store your name, email, the profile details you choose to add (goals, body weight, units, rest default), your workouts, programs, schedule and logged sets, and anything you post to Explore. It's kept while your account exists. Ask through Support and we'll delete it.

We don't sell your data and we don't run ad trackers.

• Without a personal connector, GetFit doesn't know who you are. The assistant sends the details of the workout you asked for (time, gear, focus, anything to avoid).
• The workout it builds is posted publicly on Explore as "GetFit". Nothing you said is stored on that page: requests that mention an injury or something to avoid get a neutral coach note, and notes naming it are left off. The full notes go only to your chat.
• With your personal connector (minted on /connect), the assistant can read your profile, schedule and history and save to your library. Saved workouts stay private unless you choose to post them. Revoke the connector any time on the same page.

• Assistant tool calls: the tool name, the inputs (cut to 2 KB), whether it worked, how long it took, the assistant's user-agent, and an anonymous client id, a keyed one-way hash of IP + user-agent that we can't reverse. Never your connector token. Kept 90 days
• AI usage counters for rate limits: which builder ran, when, and the same anonymous id. Kept 30 days
• Support messages you send us, with the email you give. Kept 1 year

GetFit runs on Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in). Workout generation is done by Google's Gemini API, which receives the workout request (not your account). Coach subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
